As home of the industry standard Balzers BAK evaporator, Evatec Ltd manufactures, sells and supports the well known BAK deposition and etch systems from 0.4 to 1.5m diameter customized for our customer’s process and throughput requirements. With the launch of the MSP Sputter Tool and Radiance cluster tool we enable semiconductor and optical devices manufacturers to produce the world's most advanced chips, filters and lenses.
